The Daily Teaser …

Phew!!

Yesterday’s Teaser was relatively quiet; but Trevor did manage to point out something I’d missed.

Apparently, the first successful ATM machine was opened, in June, 1969.

And first used by Reg Varney, of all people! Seems it was his local bank …

Anyway, just so you know, we had Trevor getting the Official Clap, for getting his answers in first; with Trevor getting 6 out 7, and Andrea getting all seven!

You go, girl!

Anyway, here’s today’s questions, along with the ‘How To’ and License

Q1) November 17th, 1493 — during his second voyage — saw Christopher Columbus land on which island?

Q2) One hundred and ten years later, which explorer and writer was put on trial for tresason, on 17th November, 1603?

Q6) And finally, today in 2005 saw which country finally chose its national anthem; some 60 years after initially choosing it?
