Hi Paul! Yes, I remember that post. However, I couldn't read it at the time, due to *SPOILERS* :) But I've read it and I agree the show is moving in an interesting direction, to say the least. :)
I also couldn't help but notice you've got some author named Mack listed in your sidebar along with Sir Terry Pratchett. OMG! I'm most honored, um, honoured. :) However, I'm going to end up with an awfully swollen head. :)
